Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, jordan-collection.com offers you the following voluntary return policy.
All products purchased from jordan-collection.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The return policy applies only to items that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached.
Any loss in value of the goods due to wear, washing, or the creation of other signs of use—such as strong perfume or body odors, traces of cosmetics or lipstick, stains of any kind, damage to the fabric, or removal/damage of the original packaging, accessories, or similar items—will result in rejection of the return, as these items can no longer be resold. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the customer without a refund of the purchase price.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping, provided the following conditions are met.
The customer may choose the method of return shipment at their own discretion.
In the event of a return, a refund will be issued to your account or card. Any losses due to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation. After successful processing, the refund will be issued without delay.
Please note that orders for personalized products cannot be canceled, and that products which have been personalized in any way or otherwise made according to your individual specifications cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This includes, among others, custom-made items, special orders, and products that have been engraved or altered from their original condition (size alterations, modifications).
We reserve the right to regularly review the purchasing and return behavior of our customers. If a return rate of more than seventy percent (70%) is identified within a period of up to twelve (12) months, we are entitled, at our reasonable discretion, to temporarily or permanently refuse or block future orders. This measure is intended in particular to avoid excessive environmental impact caused by unnecessary transport routes and packaging materials, as well as to improve product availability and quality. All statutory customer rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and warranty claims, remain unaffected. The exercise of these legally guaranteed rights is neither restricted nor excluded by the above regulation.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined above and contact our customer service to reserve your desired size. Once we have received and processed your return, your exchange will be shipped to you.
