Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers pursuant to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
RIGHT of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, JORDAN, Teufelseestr. 41, 65428 Rüsselsheim, Germany, info@jordan-collection.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
EXCLUSION OR EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal applies only to items that have not been individualized or altered. The right of withdrawal expires for personalized products.

Voluntary Right of Return
Independently of your statutory right of withdrawal, jordan-collection.com offers you the following voluntary right of return:
All products purchased from jordan-collection.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed, and flawless items with all labels still attached. Personalized items or made-to-measure products are also excluded from the right of return.
Any loss in value due to wearing, washing, or other signs of use—such as strong perfume or body odors, traces of cosmetics or lipstick, stains of any kind, damage to the fabric, or removal/damage of the original packaging, accessories, or similar items—will result in rejection of the return, as these items can no longer be offered for resale.
In such cases, the goods will be returned to the customer without a refund of the purchase price.
Returns
1. The customer bears the costs of return shipping, provided the following provisions are complied with.
2. The method of return shipment may be chosen freely by the customer.
3. In the event of a return, a credit will be issued to your account/card; any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.

5. Please note that orders for personalized products cannot be canceled and that products which have been personalized in any way or manufactured according to your individual specifications cannot be exchanged or refunded.
This includes, among other things, custom-made items, special orders, and products that have been engraved or altered from their original condition (size adjustments, modifications).
We reserve the right to regularly review the purchasing and return behavior of our customers. If a return rate exceeding seventy percent (70%) is identified within a period of up to twelve (12) months, we are entitled, at our reasonable discretion, to temporarily or permanently refuse or block future orders.
This measure serves in particular to avoid excessive environmental impact caused by unnecessary transport routes and packaging materials, as well as to improve product availability and quality.
All statutory rights of customers remain unaffected, in particular the right of withdrawal and warranty claims.
The exercise of these statutory rights is neither restricted nor excluded by the above regulation.
