All payments and refunds are processed in euros (EUR).

Payment by Credit Card

At checkout, please select the option “Card” under “Payment Method.” Your bank may charge transfer or processing fees. In such cases, JORDAN will not refund these fees. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay, and Discover.

Please enter your card details on our payment page. JORDAN uses state-of-the-art secure server software with SSL encryption to protect your card details against misuse and manipulation during transmission. The order amount will be placed as a payment authorization on your card and will be charged once the order has been shipped. In the event of a cancellation, the authorized amount will be released.

For all credit card payments, refunds for returned items will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.

To provide even greater security for online payments, regulations under the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) have come into force. The PSD2 directive protects your credit card information through so-called two-factor authentication, which requires you to verify your identity. Further information on the PSD2 directive can be found at ecb.europa.eu. Banks are required to verify two-factor authentication for online payments above a certain amount. If you experience issues with your credit card payment, please contact your bank to check whether your card has already been registered for two-factor authentication. If not, your bank can explain the necessary steps. In the meantime, to avoid payment processing issues with your JORDAN orders, we recommend choosing an alternative payment method, as this verification process applies only to credit card payments. An overview of alternative payment methods can be found below.

Payment with PayPal Account

Please select “PayPal” at the “Payment Method” step of the checkout process, and you will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Refunds for returned items will be credited to the registered PayPal account.
