Delivery

Shipping within Germany and to other countries is carried out by DHL.

All deliveries shipped by JORDAN are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once you have received your delivery and confirmed receipt in writing, the insurance coverage expires.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. In the case of partial deliveries, shipping costs are charged only once.

Orders are processed and dispatched during our regular business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET (excluding German public holidays).

Your order will be ready for shipment no later than two working days after receipt of payment. Should this not be the case, we will inform you accordingly. This does not apply to made-to-measure items or items that require possible alterations. You will be informed about this separately.
For all orders of €150.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Within Germany: DHL – €  6.00, delivery time according to DHL is 1–3 working days.

EU countries:      DHL – €17.00.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your package.
